The status page can be reached and soon Jetstax will take the next step with a new chapter.

We chose a dark look because this was the most desired and requested style after a small survey. The PDF invoices and e-mails have also been adapted to this style.
If you still find problems (bugs) in the new customer panel, you can always send them to us.
We started writing helpful explanations and tidbits in the Knowledge Base. Here you will find the most common questions and answers, so we try to relieve the pressure in support. As a result, you will also find answers to your questions faster or be helped by the support team.
Jetstax status page is now also available at status.jetstax.com. Here you will find the current status of all our servers and services. You can also view the history of previous incidents.
You can also subscribe to the status newsletter where you will be the first to be notified during planned maintenance or incidents.
What to expect?
Soon we will switch the gaming and application servers using the Server Panel (panel.jetestax.com) to other (own) servers. This is the next chapter in the development of Jetstax and we are very happy to announce this.
To make this possible, all data from the previous rented servers must of course be transferred to our own servers.
Unfortunately, this will entail a temporary down-time. We hope to be able to do this in pieces so that we can keep the down-time per customer as short as possible.
Furthermore, as we switch to a different data center, your server will receive a different IP.
We understand that the down-time this may bring to you can be frustrating and would like to apologize for this and hope for your understanding.
